The network of Bice Restaurants spanning around the world today, began in 1926 in Milan. Beatrice Ruggeri - Bice to her family and friends- was known for her extraordinary hospitality and personal warmth. For years she was encouraged to open her cucina to the public. In 1926 she agreed, albeit reluctantly, and a neighborhood trattoria - loosely translated, a friendly gathering place- was opened. With Bice in the kitchen and her brothers and sisters serving in the dining room, il Ristorante Da Gino e Bice, or Bice as it would later be known, had a family feeling. The first customer said it was like being at the home of a friend, as Bice hoped they would. Bice Ruggeri was now a recognized Milanese restaurateur. And her sons, Remo and Roberto, were taking steps to extend her vision throughout the world. Bice offers a skillful mix of traditional and contemporary trends in Italian cuisine featuring local and seasonal ingredients. Perfectly located in the center of CocoWalk, Bice combines the elegant and Chic ambiance of a Mediterranean veranda with affordable menu options. - Bice provides upscale and sophisticated dining while embracing the local community with its warmth, hospitality and amiable service. Upholding Bices reputation for excellence worldwide. Bice hopes to make you feel recognized, catered to, and reintroduced to Italian excellence. Description courtesy of

The Bank of Washington started with six community friends who knew our community needed a strong, safe and reliable bank. With the trust of the people, they founded the bank in 1877, and well over a century later, we are still holding strong and strive to continue to offer you the best financial opportunities, trust and service you could ever imagine. The Bank of Washington was first opened on November 2, 1877 in a three-story building on the south side of Main Street between Oak and Lafayette Streets in Washington, Missouri. The bank rents the space until it builds a new building in 1880. The old building then becomes the home to Robert Voss’ Washington Bazaar and Kruel’s Racket Store. By 1917 The Bank of Washington reports over $1 million in assets. In 1923, the bank moved to its current location on the southwest corner of Main and Oak street and built a two-story state of the art facility in a classic Greek style. The site was previously home to the Otto and Breckenkamp store. They were the first in the state to incorporate a walk-up teller window in 1954 and the second to have a drive-up window by 1959. The bank is also home to a 26,000lb round vault door which continues to impress customers to this day. Description courtesy of

Turnberry Isle Miami is a 300-acre tropical playground in Aventura, Florida; a short drive from Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Since welcoming our very first guests nearly a half century ago, our majestic resort has become a cherished vacation destination and one of the best golf resorts in Florida, with a marvelous array of fun things to do for guests of all ages. In 1967, real estate developer Donald Soffer dreamed of turning 750-acres of North Miami Beach sand, mangrove trees and swamps into an upscale, planned residential area and sketched out his vision onto a cocktail napkin. Fast-forward 45 years, the vibrant city of Aventura, Spanish for "adventure," is the embodiment of Soffer's sketch with golf courses, lakes and scenic exercise trails built within an exclusive neighborhood complete with shopping centers, reisdences and office buildings. The hotel's unspoiled beauty was designed around a 100-year-old Banyan tree to accommodate and protect the Banyan tree's continued growth and expansion. In addition to hosting prestigious LPGA and PGA golf tournaments, the resort has been the setting for a variety of major motion pictures and television programs. Description courtesy of
